37.5 Record High

The temperature in Toronto today has set another record for being the hottest day. The temperature reading on the dash board in my car registered 39C. The official new record according to Environment Canada is now 37.5C. With the humidity factored into the scale, it felt close to 50C this afternoon. The air-conditioning unit was set at full blast for a long while before the temperature in car dropped to 25C. What a day!
