With 1/2 the number of participating schools and 1/2 the number of swimmers in today's Senior Meet, I thought things would not be as chaotic. I was proven wrong. Despite how much preparation work the coaches had put together on our side, coaches from the other schools still managed to increase the level of stress. I felt it was by far the most stressful meet that we hosted at CDNIS, and as I shared with my fellow coaches - if I was attached to a blood-pressure gauge, the reading on the scale will go off the roof, I could have died from a stroke. After the meet, I was shaking because I guess the stress level surpassed what I could physically and mentally handle.
If all schools and all the coaches could just work a little bit more diligently, things would improve drastically. That again, would only exist in etopia.

I am exhausted...too much swimming, it's time for a tylenol then rest.
